Our Bistro
The Stage House Bistro and Bar overlooks the burn which runs adjacent to the hotel. Light and airy with it's pine vaulted ceiling it is the ideal location to enjoy a more casual dining experience. The Bistro is currently open for dinner only, from 6pm until 9pm, the bar is open from 5pm.
Drinks
We offer our customers a range of drink options, with our bistro facilitating a traditional espresso machine for coffee and tea. If you are looking for something a bit stronger we stock premium draught beers, Scottish bottled ales, single malt whiskies and Scottish gins, spirits, as well as soft drinks.
Our Blackboard Food Menu
The menu at The Stage House Bistro is an a la carte with supplementary blackboard specials and utilises the best seasonal produce available to us. We make all of our soups, casseroles, terrines, hot-smoked salmon, bread, ice cream, and other desserts in house. We are able to cater for most dietary requirements, please let us know when booking your table.
Due to staffing recruitment issues currently affecting the hospitality sector, we are limited in the number of guests that we are able to serve in the bistro. Please telephone for availability.
